Designed for tight spaces and lighter-duty applications, the ES model maintains the same dust-tight, reliable performance with minimal maintenance. Perfect for industries where space is limited but reliable material handling is essential, the Model ES is built to deliver consistent, long-lasting results.

  • Bearings isolated from the interior atmosphere of the conveyor
  • The conveyor belt is supported by a spool shaped idler
  • Belt widths available from 26 inches to 54 inches
  • Capacities ranging from 9,000 BPH (11,200 CFPH) to 57,900 BPH (72,056 CFPH)
  • Trunking width allows for greater returning belt side travel than competing conveyors
  • Head pulley is slide-lagged PPI Pro Duty with machined end discs with integral hub
  • Tail pulley is PPI herringbone with reloading flippers
  • Head and tail bearings are Dodge Imperial Pillow blocks in smaller sizes and ISAF in larger sizes. Split sphere bearings available on request.
  • Idler bearings are Dodge SCED “Extreme Duty” 2-Bolt flange bearings with outboard bearing seals/spacers
  • All models supplied with ¼” thick heavy-duty idlers
  • Top covers are hip roof design to shed water better than competing models
  • 1/4” or 1/2” thick Antistatic UHMW return liner designed to accommodate expansion and contraction of material in differing temperatures
  • Inlets customized to your specific application
  • Urethane, ceramic, AR, and other liners available for inlets and discharges
  • Head, tail, and inlet inspection doors supplied with bolt-in removable screen
  • Head and tail trunking sidewall inspection doors supplied with bolt-in removable screen
  • Head and tail shaft guards as well as bushing guards are standard
  • Available in painted carbon steel or combined galvanized sheet/hot dipped galvanized
  • Roller-supported inlet and ladder gates available in a variety of sizes
  • Manual rack and pinion gates available in a variety of sizes
  • Integrated two-way flop valve available in the discharge
  • Available in reversible design with reloading capabilities in both directions.
  • Available with open top and open bottom and a moveable discharge plow or tripper to fill storage buildings
